How Pollution Solution Holdings Limited collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Who we are

Pollution Solution Holdings Limited (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal information collected through this website (pollutionsolution.co.uk, and any other web address that redirects to it, such as roadvent.com). We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12264671.

Registered office: Manufactory House, Bell Lane, Hertford, England, SG14 1BP.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your information, contact Thomas Delgado at contact@pollutionsolution.co.uk or on (+44) 0203 475 8741, or write to us at the address above.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what we need to deal with your enquiry. Depending on how you use the site, this can include:

your name, phone number, email address and company name, and anything you write in your message, when you use our contact form or email us;
your marketing preferences, if you choose to receive updates from us;
records of our correspondence with you, such as survey requests, quotes and meeting notes;
technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, collected through server logs and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for sensitive (“special category”) information. Please do not include any in your message.

3. Why we use your information, and our legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, provide information, surveys and quotes. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in running our business and answering the people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before a contract.
To keep business, accounting and legal records. Our legal basis is compliance with our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in managing our business.
To send you updates and news, only if you have opted in or where electronic marketing rules otherwise allow it. You can opt out at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message.
To keep the website secure and understand how it is used. Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interests; other cookies are only set with your consent.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed with:

service providers that help us run the website, email and customer records, including Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which delivers contact-form enquiries to our inbox;
professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers;
our supply-chain or delivery partners, only where this is needed to deal with your enquiry and you would reasonably expect it;
regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires.

Anyone who handles your information for us must keep it secure and use it only on our instructions.

5. Transfers outside the UK

We aim to keep your information in the UK or the European Economic Area. If a provider we use handles it elsewhere, we make sure it is protected by an adequate safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

6. How long we keep your information

Enquiries and customer records: up to six years from our last contact with you, so we can refer back to them for legal or regulatory reasons.
Accounting records: for as long as the law requires.
Marketing: until you unsubscribe. We then keep a short record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again.

When the retention period ends, we delete or securely destroy the information.

7. Keeping your information secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we review them regularly.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

be told how your information is used (this policy);
ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
ask us to delete your information, where there is no good reason for us to keep it;
ask us to restrict how we use it;
object to us using it, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing;
ask for a copy in a portable format, where it applies;
withdraw your consent where we rely on it; and
not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. We do not make such decisions.

To use any of these rights, email contact@pollutionsolution.co.uk. We aim to reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we do not normally charge a fee.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or call 0303 123 1113.

10. Cookies and other websites

Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies this site uses and how to control them. Our pages link to other websites, such as news coverage, legislation and our partners. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year. When we change it, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
